California Dreaming
Bronze medal winner in the 2021 Gold Bean competition, this is a premium blend for all occasions suitable for both milk based and black drinks. This coffee is blended from selected Brazilian, Colombian and Ethiopian beans. Each origin is roasted separately for optimum flavour and carefully blended post roast to ensure the resulting blend meets strict quality parameters.

The Night Owl
For that extra kick and a big fat chocolate hit, blended and roasted from select Colombian, Costa Rica and Ethiopian beans.While we don't roast our coffees dark, this one is roasted a little further than our other blends to give an edge without creating bitterness. Drink this one long, short, black or white, it works well all ways.

Good Vibes
A certified organic blend, bright yet smooth and complex.
The beans used in this blend are both "Rain Forest Alliance" and "NASAA Certified Organic" coffees from Honduras and Guatamala. This blend was crafted to create a smooth full flavoured coffee with a sweet lingering cocoa aftertaste. Suitable for most brewing methods and is a favourite for cold brew.
Tasting notes of stonefruit, praline, malt and cocoa.

A seasonally available selection of Single Origin Coffees, each meticulously roasted to highlight the attributes in the coffee from the region. The contents of this pack will typically contain at least one aromatic, bright and fruity coffee and one rich bold full flavoured coffee.
Each single origin coffee we roast is carefully chosen for its character, fragrance, sweetness and body, to showcase the coffees from that farm.
We roast these single origin coffees a little lighter to enhance the specific characteristics from each crop. This tends to give a focus on these roasted coffees for drinking black, extracted by filter or espresso to highlight the unique characteristics however these coffees are also lovely when combined with milk.
